A Pastor with Two Wives

Pastor Thom Miller 61 from Ohio, owner of a church in Mansfield; a former mafia enforcer who found God in prison is presently married to and living with his two wives Belinda 44 and Reba 19 in their Ohio home.

The father of 12 children from five different women, who had been married in total of six times claims  "I'm the only one who is allowed to have more than one partner - and both of my wives understand and appreciate that". He went further to say "I don't preach about polygamy but it feel it's a Christian   lifestyle".

I've read the bible and my take is that when God created Adam, he maid Eve not Eve's.  Also looking at the new testament each passage that talks about marriage mentioned specifically "a man and his wife and not wives.
I know Abraham and Jacob was married to two wives but that happen as a result of the situation that they found themselves and they had to make the best out of it; coupled with, in Abraham's case the lack of patient by Sarah his wife, and in the case of Jacob deceived by his father-law.  

It was never based on their feeling. If we must practice what the bible preaches, I think we should make every effort to practice it a 100% and exclude our feelings and right from it.

    Every man is tempted by the desires of his heart. Man has perfected the act of manipulation. We manipulate scripture to sooth our situations. Polygamy is evil (speaking from experience). It's the act of gluttony.
