Texas Court rules in favor of texas cheerleaders to dislay bible verse during football games
The Texas supreme court on Friday, have ruled in favor of a group of school cheerleaders who are seeking for their rights to display banners with bible verse at the football games after the school District initially altered their rules regarding religious banners.
The Kountze school district had originally stopped the cheerleaders from displaying the banners initially but later agreed to allow them.
Texas highest court ruled in favour of the cheerleaders sending the litigation to the court of Appeals for the Ninth District in Beaumont.
